Advantages of enrolling on an Intensive course?
Intensive courses are a rapid and effective approach to acquire the abilities required to drive safely and confidently. We’ve assisted hundreds of people in starting their journey, so don’t waste time on individual courses. The DVSA estimates that novice drivers need about forty-five hours of instruction from a fully trained driving instructor and an additional twenty hours of private practise. Given that an intense course is designed to cover an average length time of 40 hours. This is a typical amount of practise hours required to be ready to drive on your own.

Why must I pay the remaining balance 7 days before the start of the course?
Since this makes up the majority of your course instructor’s pay, the balance needs to be apparent.
Don’t I have to pay everything upfront?
You don’t need to pay everything upfront to book an Intensive Driving course with us. You just need to pay your course deposit when you book your course. The balance will be due no more than 7 days prior to your confirmed start date.
Can I pay cash to my instructor to cover the balance?
Yes, you can. We will issue a receipt digitally before you pay the cash. However, we have more secure methods of paying your course balance. These are online, over the phone or by bank transfer.
Can I get a refund?
A refund will be offered in full if we are unable to complete your course. If you wish to cancel you will always be refunded any course hours you have paid for. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.
What happens if my test gets cancelled?
In the event that your driving test is postponed, you will be informed immediately. The DVSA will assign a later date in the event of inclement weather, examiner unavailability, or any other cancellation. We’ll coordinate with the DVSA, your course instructor, and yourself to bring the test date forward.
Am I able to rearrange my lessons?
Sure, as long as you’ve given a minimum of two weeks’ notice.
What happens if I cancel a lesson?
During the intensive driving course, you will lose your booked hours for that day. and receive no reimbursement. It is your duty to make sure you are available for the entire amount of time you have paid for and reserved.
How can I prepare for my first driving lesson?
Your first driving lesson will require you to present your provisional driving licence.
Additionally, you must be able to read a car’s licence plate at a distance of 20.5 metres.

Will I use the same car for my test and lessons?
Yes, the car will be provided by your course instructor and made accessible for your driving test.
Will I be required to do an intensive driving course or am I able to do weekly lessons?
We do specialise in delivering intensive driving courses. However, it is recommended to commit to a compressed time frame to take full advantage of the higher pass rate. However, if you are unable to do this, your instructor will be happy to arrange weekly driving lessons with you. We organise the driving test according to the schedule recommended by the instructor.
Can I add more hours later?
You can add more hours to your course but it’s better to do this in the initial stage by going for the maximum hours recommended on our website.
Will my instructor be male or female?
We book all intensive courses fairly with all our course instructors. If you have a preference, you should mention this at the time of booking.
