Instructor Partner terms and conditions

1. I agree and accept that all hours of this intensive course must be completed before the students driving test.
2. I agree, I MUST NOT sub-contract any course provided by Pass Test Fast, unless agreed in writing first by management.
3. I agree, to contact the customer within 48 hours of accepting a course. If tried several times to make contact and nobody has replied back, YOU WILL NEED TO SEND A MESSAGE TO THE STUDENT, TAKE A PHOTO SNAP OF THAT MESSAGE FOR PROOF OF CONTACT AND SEND IT TO THIS NUMBER: 07760 374 218
4. I understand I will be paid by direct bank transfer 48 hours before course start date.
I agree to give Pass Test Fast 7 working days notice before the course is due to start.
5. I agree once agreed an hourly rate with Pass Test Fast I will not ask the customer for any additional money for them agreed hours at a later date.
6. I Understand I am prohibited from asking the customer for additional money for the "hire of the car" for the test.
7. I understand to reserve 3 hours for the test day cover. (1hr will be used as a lesson before the test and the remaining 2hrs will be used for hire of the car during the test and the return agreed drop of point after the test.
8. I understand that an intensive course is from 2-8 hours per day, consecutively.
These course are intensive courses and are designed to be completed on a fast track basis.
9. I understand that if a driving test is missed through my own fault, I am responsible for paying in full for another practical driving test and the fast track early test fee (admin fee £35).
10. I understand that if for any reason I decide to cancel the course at any time I will be required to repay the whole fee I accepted during the start of the course.
11. I agree that I am not to accept a course payment then fail to fulfill the obligation. I will be required to return the whole fee immediately.
12. I understand that if I fail to comply with any of these terms, I will be required to immediately return all money paid for the course regardless of how many hours have been completed.
